Last Update Of 2004

Christmas was awesome. I got lots of money and gift cards. However, I also got the book How To Win Friends and Influence People. I think someone's trying to tell me something.

Remember how I said we might have a white Christmas? We did...somewhat. It snowed some, but it didn't cover the ground. My car got covered really nicely, however. Therefore, we kinda had a white Christmas.

Since Christmas is over, and New Year's is about to happen, it's time to look forward to a very important holiday: Mardi Gras. It's about 5 weeks from now. It's the greatest free tit show on Earth, and the only time people can get drunk at 8 AM and no one cares.

Well, this is the last update of 2004. My next update should be next week. And I'll have an all-new TheBigTymer.Com to go along with it. I'm working on the design right now.

So, happy new year, and happy birthday to TheBigTymer.Com, which turns 2 years old on January 1, 2005.

White Christmas?

You know, I haven't seen a good snow since 1993. Well, the weather people are predicting some sort of wintry mix here for Christmas Eve. I'm not taking it completely as gospel though. We were supposed to get snow at this time back in '96... we got nothing. Oh well, we'll see what happens Friday.

Last week, I got to sit in a suite and watch the Hornets lose to the Spurs. Although we lost, it was still hella fun. And the food was decent, although the meat pies were hotter than the wings. That ain't right!

Hopefully, this will be my last (or second-to-last) entry under this antiquated design. I have to come up with something fresh for 2005. I've got some ideas, but I'm not sure which way I'm gonna go with my website. Hopefully, I'll have something new around the New Year. I gotta get to work on that.

7 Semesters Down, 1 To Go

I've just finished the fall semester. I'm glad it's done; I don't want to wake up before 10 AM again, unless there's a very good reason to do so. At least I can sleep in next semester.

I earned 3 B's and an A this semester. However, one of those B's should be an A.

"Mrs. Joni" is a bitch. I needed an 80 on the final group project to get an A in the class. Our group got a 70. How did that happen, especially when we got bonus points and she said our project was "solid" during the demonstration? About every other group got 100's and 120's. She wouldn't even bother to discuss with us why. Tomorrow, I'm calling the ISDS department and finding out how to file a complaint. She's treated my group too unfairly just to let this slide.

So Christmas is coming up. I'm pretty much looking to get gift cards and money. Of course, you can always donate money and help out my other website! *wink*

Also, this weekend I'm going to see the Hornets play the Spurs. Yeah, I know they have a horrible record, but I scored some corporate suite tickets. It's like watching the Saints on a high-definition TV; even though they don't win a lot, the picture on the TV just looks SO good.

Later.

I'm Wearing Flip-Flops In December, Beeyotch

I woke up late this morning, so I had to rush like hell to get ready for work, I put on my flip-flops when I realized it's December. I then realized it was warm and wore them anyway. Yay for global warming!

Anyway, I went to work, stopping at Popeyes to pick up Sunday brunch: 5 pieces for $3.99.

You know, I've always wanted to try Super Mother Fuckin' Popeyes: it's like if Popeyes went super. It's in Metairie, and you can also get seafood, BBQ, and fajitas in addition to fried chicken. There's even a Livejournal community about it, so it must be supercool.

This week is finals week. I only have to take 3. I'm only concentrating on 2, though. If I studied for Finance, I'd get a B. If I don't study, I'd still get a B. So why bother?

At least school is pretty much over. In a week, I'll start the last winter break I'll ever have.

And it's almost Christmas. As usual, I have no clue what I want.

Anyway, I gotta study for finals.
