Roll Out
I be movin' on up, yo. I finally moved into my new apartment today. It's pretty nice...a bit more closet space than I need, though. Anyway, what should be the dining room is my new office. Got a couch in the new apartment as well.
At least I've finally moved away from the north side of campus. I'm far, far away from those bums and KLSU-type-musical-snob-hippie-fuckers. Does that make sense? Whatever. I lived near a Cane's at the old apartment, and there's a Cane's near the new apartment. Once they open up the new Wal-Mart on College Drive, I'll be all set.
Anyways, not much of an update. I need to give a shoutout to Rich and add that photo of the crosses over the Wal-Mart on Siegen. I'll do that next time.
Why the topic? I was thinking...was Ludacris a Transformers fan? I was watching my Transformers DVD's, and he and Optimus Prime use that line a hell of a LOT.

Time For Slackin'
School's done for another semester. I had a good semester again: 2 A's and 2 B's. I coulda had 3 A's, but I came up one question short on my Business Law final. Damn. Oh well, I make the Dean's List for the fourth semester in a row.
It's just a couple of weeks until I move into my new apartment. I go to sign the contract this weekend. The best part is that bums never hang around the south side of campus.
With the SS gone, I had to get a new car. I ended up with a 2004 Saturn Ion. Obviously, it's not The SS, but it rides real comfortably. And with gas at almost $2/gallon, I'm much better off.
Well, I got 3 weeks to slack until the summer semester starts. I'm taking Computer/Network Security...and Bowling. Better go start slacking off now.

The SS: October 30, 1999 - May 8, 2004
I write this with a little of a heavy heart. The SS has been sold. A guy from Kentucky has bought and paid for the car. He was going to take it home this weekend; however, his van and trailer could not hold The SS's weight, so he'll have a towing service come take it this week. The SS sits out there still, but it's no longer mine.
On one hand, I'm gonna miss The SS; it was loved by many. On the other hand, it was a bit of a money whore (gas, repairs, etc.). I have posted a photo gallery, "A Tribute To The SS". Never forget. Hopefully, The SS will have a good life in Kentucky.
That means I am looking for a new car. I like the Saturn Ion. Too bad the Red Line edition (with a supercharger) is not out yet, but the regular version looks and drives nice. And it's quite economical too.
With The SS sold, I now have to concentrate on finals. Here's how I have to do on each of them:
BLAW 3201: 93% (for an A) 68% (for a B)
ISDS 3110: 74% (for an A)
ECON 2035: the grading system is weird, so I have no clue
ISDS 4120: 66% (for an A)
I've also found out the ingredients to make the "secret sauce" from Raising Cane's. I've made some myself, and it's an exact copy. It's amazing how it's basically condiments mixed together!
Now I must study for finals. I hope to get a 3.5 this semester.
