Here's To Good Health, Bitches!
Last weekend, I went to get a physical done. Since that included blood work, I brought a quick breakfast to snack on after the tests were done, since you have to fast. And I was hungry as hell, too.
I got my results back a couple of days ago, and they were better than even I thought. My cholesterol is good, and my blood sugar is great. The only low point is that my HDL (good cholesterol) is low; however, that's hereditary. I also was able to get the doctor to write a note recommending Alli so I can claim it against my FSA.
I just tried Alli for the first time tonight. They are absolutely right that you should not take it when eating a fatty meal. The crapper and I have become real close. Oh well, I had to waste some FSA money or lose it.
Anyway, I had some job interviews this week. One was last-minute and just down the street; however, I think it was the best. I'll know more next week.
Right now, I'm watching LSU beat the shit out of Mississippi State, and I also watched the Saints beat the Dolphins. It's gonna be a good year for football, I think.
Well, it's Labor Day weekend. I'm gonna kick back and relax. I'm also designing a website for a radio station contest. It's not my best, and I don't know if it'll win, but the source material is very limited; hell, it's worth a shot.
So, here's to health, and happiness (when I get out of this job).
